Shipping policy

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses. Available services, address restrictions, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Current shipping options are UPS shipping at no charge with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, and FedEx 2 Day for $15 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. The options actually offered at checkout govern your order.

We dispatch paid orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday. Transit estimates begin after dispatch; processing time is additional. Carrier delays, severe weather and holidays can affect delivery. We will notify you if we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe and provide an appropriate resolution.

We provide tracking after dispatch. Contact jack@swift-tek.com with your order number if tracking is delayed or a shipment is missing or damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
